         4th H for Health Challenge - 4-H clubs will win a hike by Andrew and outdoor cookery lesson by Maggie by completing the challenge activities and submitting the tracker form.

         Quick and Tasty Recipes for Healthy Youth - easy-to-follow, healthy recipes to enjoy at 4-H events or at home.

          NY 4-H Healthy Food Guidelines: Making Healthy Choices Easier! - quick and easy ideas for fun and healthy 4-H foods and beverages, along with a tool for you to assess how your club or event is doing.

4-H Family Handbook- Help parents of 4-H members understand that 4-H is truly a family affair and that there is a place for parents to participate actively in 4-H. Also includes background about the history of 4-H, how it is administered and what being part of a 4-H club is like. 

4-H Members and Leaders Forms:

4-H Member Enrollment Form - Required annually. Fee is $15 per year with a maximum of $30 per family. Letter requesting waiver of fee is available. Late fee of $10 additionally for those who were 4-H members in the past year and enroll after December 1.

4-H Leader Enrollment Form - Required annually. For adults who are currently enrolled as a 4-H Leader.

          4-H Leader Enrollment Form, new - Required for adults who have not been enrolled as a 4-H Leader in the past year.

4-H-Sponsored Trip Application - 4-H members ages 10+ are eligible to participate in a number of 4-H-sponsored statewide trips. Complete this form to         show your interest. The fees for these trips are cut in half and sponsored by our local 4-H fundraising efforts.

         2016 Columbia-Greene 4-H Produced in NY Recipe Booklet - these are the recipes selected by this year's participants. They were to select a healthy recipe that contained at least 1 cup of NYS-grown or produced ingredient. Enjoy!!

Letter to Club Leaders with 4-H Achievement Night needs and deadlines. Letter is mailed in late August. All award nominations and applications are due by October 1 (except for Clover Crazy National 4-H Week Club Award Report Form, which is due November 1.

4-H Teen Forms:

Columbia-Greene 4-H Member College Scholarship Application - Due April 1. Applicant must be a current Columbia-Greene 4-H member. Up to three $250 college scholarships are awarded.

      Trowbridge 4-H Livestock Scholarship Application - Due March 31. Applicant must have participated in the 4-H Livestock Sale during the Columbia County Fair for a minimum of two years. Up to two $250 college scholarships are awarded.

    Paul and Maria Morra Scholarship Application - Due April 1. Applicant must be a current resident of Columbia County or Greene County and pursuing a degree in the field of horticulture, agriculture, forestry or natural resources.
