4-H Floristry Workshop

Interested in sharpening your indoor gardening skills before the Greene County Youth Fair? Looking to add floral projects to your Green Book? Friends of Clermont is pleased to announce a partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Columbia and Greene Counties to offer a FREE in-person Floristry Workshop on July 7th, 6 pm-7:30 pm.

Join floral designers Kristen Jones and Julia Zamboni of Roots and Stems as they bring Clermont’s Harvesting History program to the CCE Agroforestry Resource Center in Acra. They will share tips and tricks of the trade and instruct how to design attractive and successful flowering potted plant arrangements, as well as fresh-cut flower arrangements, using locally grown flowers!
