Christian Malsatzki has been with CCEUC since January of 2017. Prior to taking a position with Cornell, Christian worked for 12 years in agricultural research and education positions for Texas A&M, the University of Florida, the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Texas. In his capacity as an agricultural researcher and educator, Christian’s primary focuses have been: field crops, soil science, beef cattle/livestock, and urban agriculture.
Christian has designed, organized, and delivered programs serving agricultural producers/practitioners and State/County/City officials and workers from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and differing facets of agricultural endeavors. Christian holds Master’s degrees from Texas A&M and Texas State University, and received his undergraduate from the University of Texas.
