Trained Logger Certification: Game of Logging: Level 1

Are you a logger working in the Catskills? If so, this event is for you. Game of Logging: Level 1 introduces open face felling and the development of techniques to safely use it. Topics covered include personal protective equipment, chainsaw safety features, chainsaw reactive forces, bore cutting, pre-planning the fell, and understanding hinge wood strength. This class will take place in the Catskills Region, exact location to be determined in the Summer. Game of Logging: Level 1 is one of the three core classes required to get Trained Logger Certified.
