WOW Shiitake Workshop

Hudson Valley, are hosting a shiitake log inoculation workshop. The workshop will take you through the steps of selecting a log, inoculating it with shiitake spores, and caring for it so that you can enjoy a crop of mushrooms for years to come. Tiered pricing will allow interested participants to leave with their very own inoculated log to take home.

This program will begin with a presentation at the Putnam County CCE office at 1 Geneva Rd, Brewster, NY 10509 and will end with a hands on workshop at Tilly Foster Farm, 100 NY-312, Brewster, NY 10509.
