In the light of the recent coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic Cornell's Institute for Food Safety has created a comprehensive website for commercial processors: Food Industry Resources for Coronavirus (COVID-19). As part of the Resources a Frequently Asked Questions for the Industry section was created that initiated a large influx of questions from the industry. In effort to address these questions Cornell's Institute for Food Safety together with partners from the NYS Agriculture and Markets Food Safety and Dairy Division are hosting a series of Food Industry Virtual Office Hours to Answer COVID-19 Questions. Food Industry Office Hours will be hosted starting this Monday, March 23, 2020 at 4:00pm (EST). The Monday session will be open to the public while on the following two sessions will require prior registration. Registration will allow participants to submitting their questions in advance to make sure they get addressed during the sessions. See below information on individual Office Hours and how to register.
