Winter in the Woods

Join us for a winter woods walk in Siuslaw Model Forest with our friends from Wild Hudson Valley. Learn about common wildlife, animal tracks and signs, and the adaptations used to navigate the winter world. Along the way, we’ll also discuss winter tree identification and learn about local native people's relationship with the winter landscape centuries ago. Everyone is welcome for this educational adventure in the forest! Please dress appropriately for an outdoor, winter woodland walk.
