Join us for a woods-walk at the Siuslaw Model Forest on Saturday August 19th to learn about the Master Forest Owners Program and how YOU can get a FREE site visit at your woodlands. See what a visit will look like in real time and ask questions along the trail.
Master Forest Owners are a group of trained volunteer woodland owners ready to discuss your forest with you and help guide you to resources to become more engaged with your forest and make informed decision. The walk and discussion will be led by NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Forester Tyler Levy and Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Master Forest Owners Regional Director Shane Stevens.
