Join us for Maple Fest from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM to experience the sweet world of maple sugaring at Cornell Cooperative Extension’s (CCE) Agroforestry Resource Center located at 6055 Route 23 in Acra, New York. If you would like to further enhance your Maple Fest experience, you can register for a class on Sugar Mapling led by local experts. From 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, this outdoor educational program will be presented by CCE staff and Wild Hudson Valley. During this Maple Sugaring program, participants will explore maple from historical practices to current ones. Advance registration and payment of $20 is required by March 1st.
