Maple Sugaring, from Past to Present

Join us at CCE Columbia Greene’s Agroforestry Resource Center to explore the wonderful world of maple sugar. CCE and Wild Hudson Valley will take participants on a journey through the past to the present. Learn about the historical practices of maple sugaring, experience current methods to collect sap, see maple processing equipment in action, taste sap straight from the tree and take home a tapping kit of your own. Register in advance, space is limited.
