CCE Cooking Class at Stuyvesant Town Hall

This cooking class is hosted by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Columbia and Greene counties—it will involve a demonstration on how to make vegetable and lentil soup in a crockpot. You will leave with the food we prepare in class to finish the recipe at home, the recipe, and one complementary crockpot per family.
