Dear Volunteers,

We’re excited to announce our plans to continue the CCE Potato Booth at the Columbia County Fair this year!

While we’ll miss Theresa Mayhew’s enthusiasm as the coordinator over these many years, the board members of CCE have stepped in with some wonderful suggestions and offers of support for this very important promotion of local agriculture products.

At this point in time we’re unsure what, if any, COVID restrictions may be in place at the time of the fair. With that in mind, we will be limiting the food served at the booth to the baked potatoes with locally produced toppings. This change allows for a smaller cadre of volunteers to be present for each shift.
