Winter In The Woods!

  • Sunday, February 27, 2022, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Join us as we take to the Siuslaw Model forest with our friends from Wild Hudson Valley for a winter woods walk. Learn about our common wildlife neighbors and how to use animal tracks and signs to learn about our animal friends and the adaptations they use to navigate their winter world. Along the way, we’ll also learn a little about winter tree identification and about local native people's relationship with the winter landscape centuries ago. Everyone is welcome for this educational adventure in the forest! Please dress appropriately for an outdoor, winter woodland walk.
